We understand this is a time of uncertainty for PosiGen Solar customers. Please be assured that a transition plan is actively underway to ensure your solar energy system continues to operate as expected. To ensure you receive industry-leading support, Renewbrook is actively engaged with Omnidian to provide customer support and service for the majority of PosiGen customers.

Current Status

The planned transition is currently underway and ensures that your solar energy system continues to deliver the power you expect. At this time, Renewbrook and Omnidian are working to securely migrate system data and customer records.

During this brief transfer window, Omnidian does not yet have access to:

  • Your system monitoring or historical performance data.

  • Your account details or contact information.

  • The ability to dispatch technicians or answer specific billing questions.
