You may have recently learned that PosiGen Solar has ceased providing service and support for your system. We know this news is sudden and especially concerning for someone with a solar system contracted through PosiGen. Renewbrook Energy—one of the primary financing partners and asset owners of a majority of the associated solar leases and power purchase agreements—has been diligently working alongside PosiGen leadership and other tax equity partners to take over all operations from PosiGen Solar to ensure continuity of service for affected homeowners.
Renewbrook Energy has selected Omnidian, a leading provider of residential solar services, to oversee the performance monitoring, on-site service, and technical support for the home solar systems of many PosiGen customers. Together, we are committed to your satisfaction with your solar system.
We appreciate your patience while we onboard your solar project into our systems. We will reach out to you as soon as we're ready to officially welcome you as a new customer.
Omnidian is in no way connected to PosiGen, and they do not own PosiGen nor your solar energy system.
